As per pressure rating we used Cotton – Nylon – Rayon Plys  for adhesion fabric are treated with  hot melt adhesive at room temp they get set at high temp during vulcanization by compression  molding process.

Oftenly Nylon fabric are widely used for diaphragm.

Diaphragm are capable for one million cycle test at room temp, Rubber material is properly design  and formulated to meet surrounding .

Our diaphragm can stand all corrosive application , 30% acidic , 30% alkaline, mild  gases, high temp, low temp, high pressure even corrosive acids.

For low pressure rating we offer    0.25  to  0.8 mm thickness rubberised fabric, in all types of  rubber.

Teflon laminated Neoprene diaphragm is our pioneer products.
